Dana Krementz

Pronouns: they/them/theirs

With thirteen years of front-line public health experience, Dana is passionate about addressing social inequities and promoting community wellness from a structural, systems-based perspective.

Originally from the traditional territories of the Cherokee, Yuchi, and Muscogee peoples (otherwise known as Athens, Georgia); Dana has been privileged to be an uninvited guest on the traditional unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations (otherwise known as Vancouver, British Columbia) since 2015.

Across their career, Dana has worked notably for the Mobile Access Project (or MAP Van) at WISH Drop-In Centre Society - Canada’s largest sex work support organization, Red Fox Healthy Living Society’s circus equity programs across the Lower Mainland of BC, and the Canadian Institute for Health Research - Institute for Indigenous Peoples Health.

When not working, you can usually find Dana somewhere outside or buried under blankets watching anime.
